• The CCTV kit configuration you build or ready-made kit you select.

We use your information to confirm orders, arrange delivery, provide installation support, and improve the builder experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Shopify checkout

Payments and final order processing are handled by Shopify. Their privacy policy governs the checkout and payment data you enter on their platform. We only receive the order details needed to fulfill your request.

4. Communication

We may contact you via WhatsApp, email, or phone to confirm your order, schedule installation, or provide warranty support. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.

5. Data retention & warranty records

We keep your order records for as long as needed to honor warranty claims and comply with tax/accounting laws in Bangladesh. Manufacturer warranty is activated from the order date printed on your quote/invoice; keep it as proof for RMA. Anonymous analytics data is retained indefinitely.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
